We care deeply about your success on our platform. To help you climb toward the top with confidence, here are a few things we should all avoid. 📌

Freelancing is an exciting, colorful, and rewarding journey — a new way of working where creativity and independence thrive. Together, we're building the future of work. To make sure everyone can collaborate freely and happily, we've outlined a few essential rules below. If you ever have questions, our Help Center is always there for you.

Freelancer Profile

  • To become a freelancer on our platform, you must be over 18 years old and have a USD ($) account at a bank in your own name.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot send payments to foreign bank accounts, multi-currency accounts, or alternative payment cards.
  • If you're not a Turkish citizen but have a Turkish bank account, you can enter the ID number provided by your bank in the Bank and Payment Settings section of your account.
  • All information you provide — including your ID and bank details — must match your official records. Otherwise, we may not be able to transfer your payments, and inconsistencies could lead to your account being suspended. ⚠️

Communication & Payments Outside the Platform

  • All communication, project management, and payments must stay on our platform. 😉
  • If our systems detect that you've taken communication or payments outside the site, you'll first receive a warning.
  • If it happens again, your account will be restricted for 10 days, your listings will be hidden, and you won't be able to view client requests.
  • Repeated violations may lead to your account being permanently closed. ⚠️

Respectful Communication

  • We believe in kindness and respect. 💕
  • Any messages containing personal attacks, insults, or offensive language are not acceptable.
  • Sending inappropriate or harassing messages can result in a warning, a 3-day messaging suspension, or account termination in repeated cases.
  • To maintain community safety and prevent abuse, our moderation team may review private messages in cases of suspected misconduct.

Spam & Unsolicited Messages

Sending spam or advertising messages to other users, or receiving repeated complaints about such behavior, can lead to a warning, a 3-day messaging suspension, or account termination for repeated offenses.

External Portfolio Links

  • Sharing or requesting portfolio links outside the platform counts as taking communication off-platform. ⚠️
  • If you receive a warning for this and repeat the action, your account will be restricted for 10 days, and further violations may lead to permanent suspension.
  • You can freely upload an unlimited number of samples to your in-platform portfolio, and share that link with clients anytime.

No Response to Clients / Listing Deactivation

  • We only feature active freelancers who respond to clients promptly.
  • You're expected to reply to new client messages within 24 hours.
  • If you don't, we'll send a reminder — and if there's still no reply within another 24 hours, your listings will be deactivated until you become active again.
  • If you don't wish to reply to a message, you can select the "Not Interested" option instead.

Misleading Pricing

  • Make sure your service pricing reflects the actual value of your work.
  • While we understand that prices can vary depending on project requirements, please clearly explain your pricing conditions and list extra charges in the "Add-ons" section.
  • If multiple direct purchases from your gig result in cancellations, an automatic negative review will be added to your profile — and it cannot be removed.
  • So be sure your listed prices align with the services you provide. 😉

Account Restrictions & Closures

Your account may be restricted or permanently closed if any of the following occur:

  • Repeated user complaints
  • Actions that harm the client experience
  • Frequent delays in delivery
  • High cancellation rates
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Repeated violations after receiving warnings ⚠️

Order Management

Missing the Delivery Deadline

  • If you fail to deliver by the agreed deadline and the order is canceled, an automatic negative review will be added to your profile.
  • If you can't meet a deadline, please communicate with the client and request an extension through the resolution center.
  • Repeated late deliveries may result in a 10-day restriction or even account suspension.

Requesting Approval Before Completing the Order

  • Asking a client to approve an order before delivering the promised work is considered manipulation. ⚠️
  • In such cases, your gigs may be restricted for 10 days.
  • If you still fail to deliver the agreed work, your account may be permanently closed.

Lack of Communication During Orders

  • Keeping your client updated throughout the order process is essential. 🕺🏼
  • Failure to communicate progress or ignoring client messages may lead to account restrictions, and in repeated cases, to a permanent block on new orders.

High Cancellation Rate

  • Please only accept projects you can realistically complete. 📅
  • A high number of cancellations caused by the freelancer can lead to account restrictions or suspension from future orders.
